59-year-old female with a history of left breast carcinoma previously treated with lumpectomy, radiation, and axillary dissection. She developed local recurrence of carcinoma of the left breast 13 years after initial treatment.

She underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate breast reconstruction with Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator (DIEP) flaps. She subsequently underwent nipple reconstruction and nipple/areolar tattooing.
